The screen printing process is a little more complicated than everyone may actually think, and it requires a lot of attention and patience from the operators part. The process has at base the covering of the surface to be printed with ink, but masking the areas that are not a part of that project. For that the equipments are equipped with a lot of automatically controls, so that the process to be executed in a clean way without any trouble.

In fact the screen printing lines are used for printing on flat or almost flat surfaces. If so far we have talk about some printing processes that involved flexible material or a lot of surfaces well in this case the printing must be done on horizontal ones, so that the image can see itself clear and clean.

What you can personalize using an used screen printing line? From pencils to books, from cups to clipboards, almost every thing can be printed, but the procedure is still very familiar (at least in Europe) for printing the textile materials (shits, tops, dresses).

What is the most exciting about this type of printing is that the machines used, the press, the ink, they all are of very high quality, and the printed product may survive even in the worst condition without ruining. For many of you maybe this does not mean anything, but on large scale usage, for printing for example T-shirts for a brand, for a big producer that means a lot. The products must be perfectly well printing, and the influence of water must not let herself being felt.

When the process requires the application of more colors, then the printing must be repeated, until the final design shows exactly how it is supposed to be. Being a printing process that requires a lot of attention on details, the producing companies had developed special lines, fully automatic or semiautomatic, in order to help the employees that are working with them. In some cases though this machine may require some help, meaning that the printed plates must be loaded and unloaded by the human hand, and for that a specialized operator might be necessary.

These screen printing line are intended to the industrial segment, as you could notice for yourself. They appearance on the market was first done in Western Europe, due to the fact that in Asia a lot of industrial people were using them. Today, a lot of people are trying to do this process in their home, using unsuited devices, and making lot of mess. Unfortunately, this is the result of many videos and tutorials, in which someone is feeling in title to explain everyone else that this can be made at home. It is true, but not entirely.

Don’t do this at home. It might get risky. Take our advice and buy a real equipment, and use with it the knowledge of the real specialists in the area. Yes, and by that we are referring to us, because we have both the knowledge and the experience and we are proud of that.
